You can reach the library by taking the RER A in the direction of Marne La Vallée Chessy and exiting at the Noisy-Champs station. Form there, is a 10 minutes walk.

Once you arrive at the library entrance, you can go straight through the sliding glass doors, walk 30 meters, the auditorium will be on your left.
